and we will sort it out within 24 hours.

specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns
for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Are any purchases final sale?
Because every VerneAura piece is made to order fresh
when you purchase — we cannot accept returns for
change of mind or sizing issues.
This is not standard retail — your item is printed
and produced specifically for your order, which is
why the quality is real and nothing sits in a
warehouse collecting dust.
However — if something is wrong with your order
(damage, wrong item, print issue) we will always
make it right. That is our promise. 🤍

When will I get my order?

(this is when your piece is printed and prepared)
Shipping time: 5–10 business days
(once it leaves our facility)
Total time from order to delivery: 8–15 business days
You will receive an automatic tracking email the moment
your order ships — so you always know exactly where it is.
US orders only. International delivery times vary by
location and will be shown at checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based

We carry XS through XL across all styles.
